Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper washing
• Size or color preference issues (please check the size chart carefully)
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

1. Email us at care@ligerone.com
2. Share your Order ID, clear images/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after quality inspection

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability. Replacement product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days

Shipping Costs

Return shipping for approved cases will be covered by LIGERONE

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible
